I cannot connect to the WB2F Support Tool because I forgot the RS-232 settings of the WB2F.
■ In the connection settings screen, select the communication port to which the WB2F is connected and then click
Automatic connection.
The communication settings set in the WB2F will be automatically found.
This may take up to a maximum of about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
■ Check the communication settings from maintenance mode.
1. Enter maintenance mode. (To enter maintenance mode, refer to the WB2F User's Manual.)
2. Start WB2F Support Tool, and click the Connection button using the default settings.

3. Select Window -> Console from the menu to open the console screen.
4. Enter the command "comgetm" and click Send.
(Make sure the add prefix and add suffix checkboxes are selected.)
5. Check the WB2F communication settings that appear in the response result (red characters).
