7.3.6. Firmware

This screen is for updating the WB2F firmware.
The WB2F can be made to support new functions and to increase performance and product reliability by updating
the firmware. IDEC recommends that you use WB2F with the latest firmware.
The firmware is available on the IDEC website http://www.idec.com/.

Updating the firmware
The firmware updating method is as follows.
(1) Select the firmware that you want to update in Select Firmware (Application) (No. 3).
(2) Click Update Firmware (No. 4). Starts updating the firmware.
(3) Follow the on-screen instructions.
* Note: When the firmware is updated, all setting value of WB2F returns in the factory default state. Please upload
the setting value from the Scanner settings screen as necessary. For details, refer to
