Section 4 - Troubleshooting
To protect devices that may be placed in public places, the reset button is not accessible from outside of the case.
1. To access the reset button, use a standard #0 phillips head screw driver (2.0 mm) to remove the four screws, one at each at
each corner of the case. Remove the cover.
2. With the USB power connected, press and hold the reset button, labelled SW100, and hold for five seconds. The location of
the button is indicated in the diagram.
3. Once the reset procedure is complete, replace the case and screws securely.
Note: Be careful not to touch exposed circuitry, as it may damage the modem.
