Troubleshooting
Be sure to turn off power switch before connect or disconnect
connector, or parts damage may be occured.
Caution
Has
the voltage
between L1 and N on the
power supply terminal board X1M fallen
within the range of 220 to
240V±10% (50 Hz)?
YES
Connector of fan
motor is disconnected.
NO
Is
there any obstacle
around the fan?
NO
Can the fan
be turned smoothly
with hand after disconnect
the connector of fan
motor?
YES
Check No. 3
Check on connector of fan
motor.
Are
the resistances
between pins above
judgment?
YES

F4U on the control PC board

(A1P) or the fuse F1U on the inverter PC
board (A2P) blown out?
NO

either the fuse
F4U on the control PC

board (A1P) or the fuse F1U on the
inverter PC board (A2P)
blown out?

Correct the power supply
voltage.
If L1 and N phases are open,
replace the switch box.
Connect the connector.
Remove the obstacle.
YES
If the F4U has blown out,
replace the fuse.
If the F1U has blown out,
replace the inverter PC board
assy.
Replace the fan motor.
YES
If the F4U has blown out,
replace the fuse.
If the F1U has blown out,
replace the inverter PC board
assy.
Replace the fan motor.
Replace outdoor unit PC
board.
