Troubleshooting
In this case, deregister the HD camera from your mobile device ( "Deregistering HD cameras",
Page 39), and then register it again ( "Registering HD cameras", Page 25).

Make sure your mobile device can connect to your access point while you are at home.
→Check your mobile device's wireless network settings and confirm that it is connected to your
wireless router.
Next, use the [HomeHawk] app to connect to the access point, and confirm that
are not displayed in the live camera image screen ( "Viewing the live camera image screen",
Page 44), camera image/recording list screen ( "Viewing the camera image/recording list screen",
Page 42), or playback screen ( "Playing back recordings", Page 47).

Make sure your devices are registered to the access point. Register them if they are not
( "Registering devices", Page 24).
→Check the home screen ( "Using the home screen", Page 18) or camera image/recording screen
( "Viewing the camera image/recording list screen", Page 42). If a camera is displayed, it is
registered; if it is not displayed, it is not registered.

Make sure your cameras have adequate signal strength.
→Check the signal strength ( "Camera signal strength", Page 49) and move devices closer to the
access point if necessary.
Date and time settings
Make sure the date and time settings for the access point are correct.
→Adjust the access point's date and time setting ( "Time adjustment", Page 27) as necessary.

Messages

The following messages may be displayed in the Notifications Center (for iPhone, iPad) and the status
bar (for Android devices).
[Recording Error (No SD Card)] is displayed
R There is no SD card inserted in the access point.
→Insert a memory card in the access point.
[Recording Error (Memory full)] is displayed
R There is no space in the SD card.
