Meaning
The number you chose is already set for another fax
number you are setting up now. This message also
appears when you try to setup another polling
transmission when one polling is already setup.
The one-touch button or 2-digit speed number you chose
is already set in the group you are storing now.
The machine is waiting to automatically redial another
fax number that was busy.
Incoming fax is receiving in memory while you print a
PC file. It is recommended to stop PC printing and print
the incoming fax.
A color print cartridge is installed in your machine when
the machine prints a fax, makes a copy, or prints a user
list.
Print cartridge is not installed properly or no cartridge is
installed in the machine.
The paper load lever is in the open position.
The print cartridge installed in your machine is a color
cartridge.
The document you are sending has jammed in the
feeder. Clear the document jam. See page 8.1.
The number you chose is already stored in another one-
touch or speed dial memory.
The print cartridge has completely run out of ink. Install
a new print cartridge.
