Cancelling a Standby Operation

You can cancel a previously set Delayed or Polling transmission. Prior to performing this
procedure, make a printout of the Standby Job list and confirm the operation number
you want to cancel. For details on confirming the operation number, see page 5.9.

Press MENU.

Press 04, ADD/CANCEL,
on the one-touch keypad.
The LCD asks you to
choose between ÔADDÕ
and ÔCANCELÕ.

Move the cursor under
ÔCANCELÕ by pressing 2,
or by using
and pressing ENTER.
The LCD asks you to
enter a 2-digit operation
number.

Enter the 2-digit
operation number you
want to cancel.
