FAN MOTOR WORKS NORMALLY BUT THE COMPRESSOR DOES NOT OPERATE(FMI)

Check hardness
and continuity. Is the
relay compressor
coil (PR white cable)
power supplied ?
Replace the relay
(PR)
Replace klixon (ORL)
Replace the
capacitor (C)
Replace the
compressor
OUTDOOR FAN(FMO) DOES NOT OPERATE.
Have 3 minutes time delay
already elapsed since "on"
operation?

Disconnect the unit from line
and manually rotate the
propeller
