Fault 1

Internal communication failure
Fault 2 Cell failure
Fault 3 Cell is producing a negative reading
Fault 4 EEPROM is corrupted
Fault 5 MCU operating voltage failure
Fault 6 RAM read/write fault
Fault 7 Flash memory corrupted
Fault 8 Code memory failure
Fault 9 mA output failure (mA output version only)
Fault 10 Supplied voltage failure
Fault 11 Internal HW Fault
Fault 12 Internal SW Fault
Fault 13 Calibration Overdue
Troubleshooting
Power-cycle the unit. If this fault occurs again, contact manufacturer.
Check the sensor connection. If this fault occurs again, replace sensor.
Calibrate the unit
Reconfigure the unit by using mobile app. If this fault occurs again,
contact manufacturer.
Power-cycle the unit. If this fault occurs again, contact manufacturer.
