2.14 On Board Multi-I/O Setting

All CPU Card provides a JP19 for enable or disable the on-board
multi-I/O chipset when application of CPU temperature alarm.
An Enable means that the CPU Card using the on-board multi-I/O
chipset. A Disable means that the CPU Card doesn't using the on-board
multi-I/O chipset. User may use their I/O interface card when JP19
selects Disable.

2.15 BIOS Type Selection
