Are keypad tones and ring tones normal?
In Playback window, does playback start normally and the
capacity bar change?
Is Ringer Volume set to "Silent"?
Is the signal sent to IC103 pin 60?
IC103 is defective.
Hands free kit (headset)
* If R-ch is the only channel of stereo headset that does not send signals, see "Hands free kit (stereo headset) - Option" in the section
"No voice is heard from the earpiece." (see page 2-53)
Replace the hands free kit.
Is the signal sent?
In Playback window, does playback start normally and the
capacity bar change?
Is Ringer Volume set to "Silent"?
Go to "Hands free kit (monaural headset)" in the section "No voice is heard from the earpiece." (see page 2-52)
