    THE HELM: The helm of the boat contains all of the important hardware to monitor and control the boat. Location of Components COMPASS NAVIGATION SYSTEM ACCESORY SWITCHBOARD THROTTLE CONTROLS MAIN ELECTRICAL PANEL Accessory Switchboard The accessory switchboard contains switches, which send power to many of the boat’s accessories.

    PLUMBING SYSTEM Freshwater System Your boat is equipped with a freshwater system, which includes a freshwater holding tank, freshwater pump, and freshwater shower system. The fresh water is also used to flush the toilet located in the onboard head. The switch for the freshwater system is located on the accessory switch panel. NOTE: Keep the freshwater pump in the OFF position when not in use.

    BATTERIES AND ELECTRICAL Locations of Batteries and Components Your boat is equipped with 3 batteries, which are located under the deck access door. Two batteries are reserved for the engines, while the other battery is used as a house battery to power the boat’s electronics. The electrical system consists of the batteries, ACR system as well as two electrical switch panels.

    ONBOARD HEAD Your boat is equipped with a built in head (toilet) system which includes a freshwater head, sink, as well as storage pump out tank. This head system is different from a conventional household toilet system in order to meet the demands of a marine environment.

    ONBOARD HEAD WARNING: IF THE INDICATOR IS RED (tank is full) THE TOILET WILL NOT FLUSH BEFORE/AFTER USE  Before use, press the ADD WATER button on the toilet control gauge, located below the tank indicator gauge.  After use, press the FLUSH bottom on the toilet control gauge The toilet control panel NOTE: The onboard head uses a digital toilet control panel, and not a standard flush valve, found in household toilet facilities.

    ONBOARD HEAD  Open the pump out valve located on the starboard side of the head. The waste tank pump out valve  Press and hold the PUMP OUT button on the HELM to empty the tank. Close and lock the pump out valve. WARNING: Always verify that the pump out valve has been successfully closed before returning to shore.

    SAFETY SYSTEMS FIRE EXTINGUISHER SYSTEM Your boat is equipped with two portable type fire extinguishers. U.S. Coast Guard Regulation requires that all boats have functioning fire extinguishers. NOTE: Always know the location and condition of all fire extinguishers on the boat, and understand their operation.
