Care and Cleaning

CAUTION
• Before cleaning, be sure to stop the operation and turn off the circuit breaker.
• Do not touch the aluminium fi ns of the indoor unit. If you touch those parts, this may cause an injury.

How to open the upper front panel
1) Hold the upper front panel by the sides and open it.
2) Fix the panel with the panel support plate.
Cleaning parts
Upper and lower
front panels
• With the panels closed, wipe
them with a soft damp cloth.
If dirty
Air fi lter
• Vacuum dust or wash the fi lter.
Once every 2 weeks
Titanium apatite deodorising fi lter
• Vacuum dust or replace the fi lter.
[Cleaning]
Once every 6 months
Notes on cleaning
„ For cleaning, do not use any of the following:
• Water hotter than 40.0°C
• Volatile liquid such as benzine, petrol and thinner
• Polishing compounds
• Rough materials such as a scrubbing brush

How to close the upper front panel
1) Return the panel support plate to its previous position.
2) Turn the unit on and then off to close the panel properly.

upper front panel." for a more detailed description.
