3.2 Folding the Scooter

Step 1. Place one foot on the Deck to keep the scooter steady then grasp the Stem with one hand. Push and hold the
Stem slightly away from the deck to ease the tension on the latch.
Step 2. With the other hand, grasp the Latch Grip and pull it up towards the Throttle.
Step 3. Fold the Stem down so that it's parallel with the Deck and ensure the Latch Grip slides down so that the latch
itself is secure. If transporting the scooter, see Section 6 for more information.
