    Section 2. Assembling & Folding your SwagCycle™ SwagCycle™ was designed to be easy to assemble and fold for easy transportation and storage. See the following images and instructions. Be careful not to position your fi ngers NOTE: between the latch and the stem. Doing so may result in injury.

    Warranty services are provided by SWAGTRON™. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, SWAGTRON™ will: (1) repair the hardware defect by using new or refurbished parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability; or (2) exchange the Product with a product that is new or refurbished which is substantially equivalent to the original product.
