Step 2. Pick up your e-bike, line up the fork with the axle at the center of the wheel, and fi t the two together. (fig.1).
Step 3. On one side of the wheel, slide 1x black spacer on the axle then add 1x nut and tighten slightly (fig.2). Repeat on the other side of the axle with the other black spacer and nut. Use the included wrench to fully tighten each nut.

For better pedaling, safety, and overall comfort, positioning the seat at the right height is key. The rider's leg length is used to determine the seat's position. During pedaling, your hips should remain level while your legs shouldn't suffer strain from over-extension. To determine the right seat height, sit on the E-Bike with one pedal at its lowest point and place the ball of your foot on the pedal. If your knee bends slightly at this position, the seat is at the right height. Additionally, when placing your heel on the pedal, your leg should be nearly straight.
First, open the clamp under the seat post. Pull the seat up or push it down to adjust height. Check to make sure the seat post is fully inserted into the frame and the head of the seat is parallel with the frame. Lastly, close the clamp to secure the seat in place (fig. 3)
Before installing the pedals, please check each for a small letter to indicate which side of the bike the pedal should be attached to is for the left side while
is for the right side (fig.4).
With the kickstand holding your E-Bike upright, screw the pedals onto the crank arms (fig.5) and tighten them with the included wrench.
Ensure the E-Bike is turned off before charging and remains off while charging.
Step 1. Connect the charging adapter and cable together then turn the rubber cap covering the charging port.
Step 2. Insert one end of the charging cable into the charging port and connect the other end to a wall outlet.
Step 3. Allow at least 5 hours when charging for the fi rst time. After this initial charge, average charging time is 4-5 hours.
Step 4. While the E-Bike is charging, the adapter's indicator light will turn
Step 5. When the E-Bike is fully recharged, the adapter's indicator light will turn green. You may then disconnect the E-Bike from the charger.
For your convenience, the EB-6's battery can be removed for easier charging and/or an extra measure of security.
