Operating the heater

See the enclosed operating instruction of the control element.

Use suitable fuels
The heater is connected to the fuel tank of the vehicle or to a separate fuel tank.
Use suitable fuels (see "Technical Data").

Change to fuel resistant to cold temperatures

Fuel resistant to cold temperatures is filled.
Switch on the heater for approx. 15 minutes.

The fuel system is completely filled with fuel resistant to cold temperatures.

Using the heater in vehicles for transporting hazardous goods

The heater must not be operated during loading and unloading as

Switching the heater on and off
Switch the heater on and off via the control element.

Switching the heater on after automatic switch-off
If the vehicle engine is turned off or the pumping device of the vehicle is put into
operation, the heater switches off automatically. The combustion air supply is
interrupted after max. 40 seconds and the heater switches to fault lock-out.
Make sure that the pumping device is out of operation.

Wait until the heater switches to fault lock-out.

Switch off the heater via the control element.

Switch the heater back on via the control element.
