Velo (Velocity Range)
Sets the maximum effect of the velocity that controls the pitch of
the P-ENV. At higher values, the keyboard velocity has a greater,
effect on the envelope.
Value: 0–2

Sets the time of the P-ENV depending on the key played. Higher
values change the time more drastically.
