Quick Start Guide: Polycom 335 SoundPoint IP Phone
Retrieve Messages
You are alerted that you have messages by a voice mail icon on the screen, a flashing line key, and a red
message waiting indicator light.
1. Press
2. Select Features > Messages.
3. Press the Connect soft key and follow the voice prompts.
4. Enter your passcode and press #.
5. Press 1 to access your voice mailbox.

Do Not Disturb

You can configure this feature on the My Phone dashboard. Refer to the
information.
1. Press
2. Select Features > Do Not Disturb > Enable to prevent your phone from ringing. All call will go to voice
mail if you have an active voice mailbox.

Ring Type

You can select different rings to match your preferences and distinguish between calls on lines.
1. Press
2. Select Settings > Basic > Ring Type.
3. Scroll to highlight the ring type you want.
4. Press the Play soft key to hear it.
5. Press or the Select soft key to accept the ring type.

Note: If you select Silent, press the Line key or Answer soft key to answer incoming calls.
