POWER:
To change the operating voltage:
MAKE SURE THE INSTRUME.-VT IS DISCONNECTED FROM THE
POWER OUTLET.
1. Remove the retainer screw on tIle grille frame and lift up gently.
Disconnect the speaker cable at the plug and set the grille aside.
2. Note, the power supply is located in the center of the console. On
the edge of the power supply next to the transfonner is a four
section strip socket with a black wire attached (this is the line
switch). Remove the wire from its setting and place in the desired
voltage setting.
CONNECTING THE SUSTAIN PEDAL:
To connect the sustain pedal remove the grille assembly and set aside, tllen:
1. Place the sustain pedal at an angle under the harpsichord case with
the brass pedal toward the keyboards. Place the cable in the one
inch hole on the bottom of the case and pull all the wire through
lUltil
it is all inside the case. (Be carefill not to pinch the cable
between the case and the pedal base.)
2. Install the three black knob fasteners and' secure the pedal in place.
30 Place the cable in the fasteners provided on the bottom of the case
and secure.
4. On the audio board (Jack Board) is a white connector with a black
wire loop. This connector connects two pins together when the
sustain pedal is not used. When connecting the sustain pedal,
remove this connector from the male connector "J-14". Save ti,e
silorting plugfor suell times wIlen ti,e sustain pedal
is
not used.
5. Attach the white connector to the connector #J-14 on the audio
board. This plug has a ridge on its edge. This edge snaps next to
the flange of the connector 1-14.
