• The DEP parts usage in each paper deck is based on the customer usage of
each paper deck. The dealer must monitor the customer usage of each paper
deck separately and replace DEP parts only for the paper deck that reaches nine
(9) million prints / copies (Letter).
• The Soft Counter does not display the amount of clicks based on paper usage of
each paper deck. However, the counter information can be accessed in Service
Mode. Refer to the Service Manual of the Main Unit for detailed procedures
required to retrieve the counter information.
