Security Measures
When you want to prevent wireless data tapping
Set [64 Bit] or [128 Bit]
By using the security mechanism called Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) for wireless
LANs and offering the same privacy as cable-based LANs, wireless data can be en-
crypted (64-bit or 128-bit encryption) to prevent wireless data tapping.

Power off your computer
Do not shut down using the standby or hibernation mode.

Connect the port replicator, external display, external keyboard
and external mouse

Turn on your computer, then turn on the wireless display, and
then connect the computer to the wireless display

Set the security key
NOTE
Use the external display for operations.
Select
on the taskbar, select [Run Setup Utility].
The following screen is displayed.
Input the same password that has been set by selecting [Password] from

) on the taskbar, then select [OK].
This screen is a sample when selecting [64 Bit].
