CHANGE THE TRANSPONDER

Highlight the transponder currently in use. Select the required transponder. Each encoder
step moves the transponder one step forward or backward. To speed up the surfing, rotate
the encoder quickly.

MANUALLY CHANGE THE FREQUENCY VALUE

Should you need to manually change the frequency value, highlight the frequency item and
setup the desired frequency value.
Each encoder step increase or decrease the frequency value by 0,1 MHz.
To speed up the surfing, rotate the encoder quickly.

18.2 MANUALLY TUNING THE TRANSPONDER

ALL THE TRANSPONDER DISTINCTIVE PARAMETERS MUST BE KNOWN.
Select a Transponder Memory Plan (refer to Chapter 18.3 NAVIGATE THE SOLE
TRANSPONDERS INCLUDED IN A USER DEFINED TRANSPONDER MEMORY PLAN.
at page 58).
Starting from any measurement screen, repeatedly Press once and release the MEAS
[5] to highlight the level measurement screen (analogue signals) or the power
measurement (digital signals).
Using the Standard Navigation Mode, highlight the display second row (the signal type to
be tuned).
WARNING: the frequency value is the last item to be modified.
Select the required signal type to be tuned (SAT ANALOG, SAT QPSK DVB-S, SAT QPSK
DSS).
IT MIGHT BE NECESSARY TO GO BACK TO THE LEVEL/POWER MEASUREMENT
SCREEN (REPEATEDLY PRESS THE MEAS KEY) TO COMPLETE THE SIGNAL TYPE
SELECTION. THE SIGNAL TYPE CANNOT BE MODIFIED IN OTHER MEASUREMENT
MASTER STC
