Welcome to the Paradigm
Touchscreen Interface (P-TSI) is supplied with a universal 12VDC, 5A power supply and IEC power
cable (operates at 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz), and padded feet for table top use.
A 19" rack mounting kit is available, sold separately (ETC part number 4260K1001), for use as needed.

this page.
This guide provides instructions related to the initial setup and connection of the Touchscreen Interface
P-TSI including details to install and setup the Virtual Touchscreen Software. Instructions for use of the
Paradigm Virtual Touchscreen (P-VTS) software are available on the ETC website at
www.etcconnect.com/downloads.aspx.
Features
• Supports Windows
up to 1920x1080p (provided by others).
• Supports external monitor touchscreen interface functionality.
• Supports Paradigm Virtual Touchscreen (P-VTS) software.
P-TSI rear panel
• Multiple USB ports for connection of touchscreen or a monitor and keyboard when used with a
conventional monitor.
• Supports Ethernet port connectivity to the Paradigm network and ETC Net3 lighting network.
N o t e :
Compatibility
Some features and functions are not supported with Acoustic Pulse Recognition (APR) Touchscreens.
Specifically, touch-and-hold operations are unsupported by this technology which prevents access to
context menus (similar to a mouse right-click). Care should be taken when designing configurations to
include button access to timed event and setup features.

  • Page 5 Paradigm Touchscreen Interface [Uninstall] Only one instance of the Paradigm Virtual Touchscreen (P-VTS) software can be installed at a time. You must uninstall any currently installed software before installing another. Step 1: Touch to select [Uninstall]. The password dialog displays for password entry.
  • Page 6 Paradigm Touchscreen Interface [Install from Online P- CCS] The Paradigm Virtual Touchscreen (P-VTS) software installs from any discovered and online Paradigm Central Control Server (P-CCS). Step 1: Touch to select the [Install from Online P-CCS] button. The Application Shell provides a list of all discovered P-CCS, by IP address.

    “Device Setup” tab. Networ k Adaptor and IP Settings The “Network Adapter” status on the top of the screen indicates whether a valid Paradigm network is Online or Offline. The section for “IP Settings” provides TCP/IP v4 settings for the Touchscreen Interface.
