œ To have the digital print service shop print out a still image from a
sequential shots sequence or video clip, you must first copy the image and
save it as a still image (see page 86).
HINT
Setting the print settings from the Playback Screen
œ Do this to quickly access the print settings
for an image: Display the still image you wish
to print and then press the DPOF button.
The screen in step 3 on page 89 appears
and you can then proceed with the setting
procedure from step 4 on page 90. Or, if the
Print Settings Done Screen is shown, the
screen in step 6 on page 91 will appear.
About the DPOF format
œ DPOF (Digital Print Order Format) is a print order format. It enables highly
efficient printing from digital cameras and allows DPOF-compatible digital
cameras to print out to DPOF-compatible printers.
About the finished prints
œ Images that have been rotated will be printed in their original orientation.
œ The quality of the print output will differ depending on the print service and
printer used.
