Wrong distance or angle. Remote controls use infrared (IR) technology. The component has an IR sensor
that detects the IR signal that is sent from the remote control. In order for the remote control to
communicate with the component, there must be a clear line of sight between the remote control and the
component.
• Make sure there aren't any obstructions between the remote and the component.
• Point the remote at the component, NOT the TV.
• Move closer to the component.
OK button doesn't work when you're operating other components.

IR Learn doesn't work (L1, L2, L3 buttons)
The batteries in this remote control and/or the other remote control are weak. Replace the batteries.
The two remote controls are too close to one another or too far away from each other.
MEM FULL appears when the memory is full. You'll have to delete some other settings (macro, learning,
etc.,) to free-up memory space.
The signal coding of the LCOS remote might not be compatible with the other remote — the Learning
feature won't work.
