Modem Port
The RS401 can optionally be equipped with a V.90 Modem connection for PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol)
connections. For information about how to configure and operate the modem, refer to the ROS User Guide for
the RS401.

The modem card is equipped with a standard RJ11 telephone port. The following is the pin-out description for the
