Time Base Correction of Noisy Microwave Signal One useful application for the BrightEye 5 is time base correction of an excessively noisy analog video signal from a microwave receiver. This application utilizes the full functionality of BrightEye 5 by time base correcting a noisy analog video microwave input signal and frame synchronizing it to a house reference which is also feeding analog video devices.

Analog Setup – Use this control to turn Analog Setup On or Off. Set to On if the input signals being used with the BrightEye 5 have Setup present. The On setting will cause Setup to be removed from the input signal in order for the digital processing to have the appropriate black reference level.
