INTRODUCTION
The PowerTac E5R is a USB TYPE-C™ rechargeable-battery version of our best-selling E5 high-power LED ashlight. It is engineered to be an EDC (Every Day Carry) work light that
utilizes the latest cutting-edge technology and nest quality components - The E5R features a built-in USB Type-C™ port to recharge one 18650 lithium-ion battery (included)
without removing it. It's equipped with an extremely powerful 1000 lumen CREE LED with 5 light mode settings including strobe and has an amazingly long runtime of 2.7 hours
on High and up to 32 days on our Fire y mode. Measuring just over 5", this compact unit is machined from aircraft grade aluminum with a Type lll anodized nish. Making it very
lightweight and durable. The E5R is the preferred choice by many individuals seeking a rugged, internally-rechargeable, high-lumen professional-grade ashlight - ideal for law
enforcement, military, service technicians and outdoor enthusiasts.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1. To install battery: Unscrew tail cap and insert Positive (+) end of the
battery towards LED. Tighten tail cap until its snug.
2. To turn on / o : Use thumb to push switch on the tail cap.
3. To select di erent level lighting modes: Turn the light ON; press the side
switch (click) on bezel head. Continually press side switch (click) to cycle
to each level: Fire y--Low--Medium–High--Strobe and back to Fire y.
Your last light mode setting when OFF will be auto-memorized when
turning back ON.
4. Access Immediate Strobe feature: When ashlight is ON, during any
constant light level, Press down and Hold the side switch (long click, 0.8
seconds), ashlight will strobe. To deactivate, press (click) side switch,
ashlight will toggle to Low. Hold switch (long click), ashlight will
toggle to High mode.
5. When external power is applied via the USB cord to recharge, an indicator
light inside the side switch will illuminate Red and will change to Blue
when fully charged.
Maintenance
Every 3 months, threads should be wiped with a clean cloth followed by a
thin coating of silicon-based lubricant.
