E9C: User Interface Configuration Problem

Main Circuit Board defective, Motor Control Board defective, Wiring problem.
Checks to perform:
Disconnect the connector J16 which connects Electronic control
Board and J5 of User Interface Board. Does the E9C error appear
Check the wiring between the Main Control Board and the User
• Detach and reconnect the connectors on both boards several
times.
• Measure the continuity between connector J16 (Main Control
Board) and J5 (User Interface Board).
Replace the User Interface Board, and repeat the diagnostic cycle
to check for any further errors. Is the Appliance still displaying E9C?
Replace the Main Control Board, and repeat the diagnostic cycle to
check for any further errors.

E9E: Key Stuck or Contaminated

User Interface Board defective , Control Panel defective.
Checks to perform:
Clean buttons and spring alignment in User Interface assembly. Is the Appliance still displaying E9E? If yes, then
replace User Interface Board and repeat the diagnostic cycle to check for any further errors.
