IF PUMP RUNS BUT WATER DOES NOT FLOW CCK TI FOLLOWING:
1.
Does the
water tank
have sufficien t water?
2.
Are there kinks in the inlet hose to the pump?
Is air leaking in at the inlet fittings?
If so, apply or

Is there a clogged line?
Are wires crossed reversing the direôtion of the pump?
IF THE PUMP RUNS BUT THE WATER S PUTTERS
Air is getting into the lines.
Check or add clamps on the imput
side of the pump.
Now restart the pump allowing time for the air
to clear from the lines.
If it is the hot water line allow more
time to clear due to the water capacity of the hot water heater.
IF PUMP CYCLES
(Pump goes on and off in short intervals even though no outlets
are turned on).
This means that there is a leak in the water
system somewh ere.
Most likely the leak is in the lines and there
is nothing wrong with your pump.
Check all fittings and joints.
Correct any leaks no matter how small.
Check faucets and especiall y
the toilet valve.
If no leaks can be detected shut the pump off.
Remove the output
hose where it joins the main plumbin g line.
Insert a plug in the
end of the output hose and clamp it.
(You can make a perfect plug
from a barb fitting with a cap screwed on the threads).
Turn the
switch on.
The pump should come on for a few seconds and shut it
self off.
If it remains off,
the problem is not in the pump.
It
is in the system.
It may be that the hot water tank is holding air.
As this air is
absorbed by the water the pressure goes down turning the pump on.
Try bleeding the hot lines again.
IF PUMP DOES NOT SHUT OFF
If pump will not shut off,
then turn wall switch off.
A low battery
charge can prevent the pump from shutting off.
To correct this,
charge the battery.
If the energy source is OK and there are no
leaks,
then remove the output hose and check pump out as outlined
