6. CO5 Engine high temperature failure
Is the connectors between the engine thermistor, board and engine mounting section
disconnected or short circuited?
Measure the engine thermistor resistance using a tester with the thermistor connector
The oven thermistor resistance is within its appropriate range.
Replace the control unit and the engine unit
I Before starting the P.W.B. unit replacement, make sure to refer to "Before replacing the Printed Wiring Board" in page 2-2.
7. C12 Engine thermistor failure
Is the connectors between the engine thermistor, board and engine mounting section
disconnected or short circuited?
Measure the engine thermistor resistance using a tester with the thermistor
connector pulled out of the board.
The engine thermistor resistance is within its appropriate range.

Are there disconnection, breakage and short circuit in the engine heater
connections (the engine terminals and board)?
Is there a voltage of 110V AC between the engine heater terminals?
Is the engine heater normal to meet the following requirements?
Insulation resistance: One (1) M or more at 500 VDC
Dielectric strength: 1000 V for one (1) minute
Leakage current: 0.3 mA or less
Resistance (in cold condition): 10.45 to 11.26
