2) Check of tube pump performance
Measure the weight of the water tank filled with
water to water level 2.(this weight is A)
Set the water tank to the set and power ON.
Start 11-minute steaming operation.
Is it confirmed that the roller, which is observed
through the hole of the angle base for the motor of
the tube pump unit, is rotating?
NOTE: The motor of tube pump operates On
and Off.
Confirm that water is flowing at the feed-water inlet
of the engine.
The 11-minute steam operation is finished (For the last one (1)
minute, the tube pump does not run for dew dissipation.)
Open the door and drop water remaining in the main body into the drip tray. Then close the door again.
Ensure that the drip tray is empty and set it to the main body.
Remove the water tank from the main body.
Measure weight of the water tank. (Weight after the operation is B g.)
2. How to check performance of sensors (Humidity sensor, Water level sensors and Engine thermistor)
Set the water tank, which has been filled with water to the water level 2, to the set and power ON.
(Confirm that there is no water remaining in the oven cavity.)
Set the test mode to 10. (See How to set test mode on page 6-5)
Microwave heating (for one (1) minute) starts and the Humidity sensor is checked.
Steaming (strong) operation (for 20 minutes) starts.
Is water level sensor failure (10 10,10 01, 10 11 or 10 00) indicated?
NO

After 20 seconds, remove the drip tray and return accumulated water in the tray to the water tank.
Press the START key.
Is Humidity sensor failure (- - 10) indicated?
NO
The operation is finished.
Is Engine thermistor failure (11 01) indicated?
NO

Normal termination (Indication: 11 11)
Is the connector between the motor terminal and
board disconnected?
NO
Is there a voltage of 110V AC at the motor terminal?
YES
Press the STOP/CLEAR key to stop the operation.
YES
Is there breakage or clogging in the tube?
(Stop the operation.)
NO
Is the weight reduction (= A - B) equal to or more than 150 (g)?
YES
C02: Proceed to checking the Humidity sensor for failure.
* If the display shows "11 11" during operation, the humidity sensor,
water level sensor and engine thermistor are normal.
