IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read all the instructions before using this
fan.
2. Only connect the appliance to a single
phase a.c. supply of the voltage specified
on the rating plate.
3. Remove the plug from the electricity supply
before installing, cleaning, and when the
fan is not in use.
4. Only use this fan as described in this
manual. Other unrecommended use may
cause fire, electric shock or injury.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any
appliance is used by or near children.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or its
service agent in order to avoid a hazard.
7. Do not operate the fan without the
protective front and rear grilles in position.
8. Do not use outdoors.
9. Do not use this appliance if it is damaged
or appears faulty.
ASSEMBLY
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove the packaging material from the
Fan Control Box.
2. Remove the holding screw from the rear of
the Fan Control Box (Fig. 1).
3. Push the Fan Control Box extension
through the opening in the right leg of the
fan base (Fig. 1).
4. Replace the holding screw and firmly
tighten the Fan Control Box onto the Base
(Fig. 1).

NOTE: WHEN INSTALLING THE CON-
TROL BOX MAKE SURE THAT THE
SUPPLY CORD IS LOCATED ON THE
OUTSIDE OF THE BASE, SEE FIG. 1.

OPERATION

1. Set your fan on a level and dry surface.
2. Plug the fan into the wall socket.
3. To operate your fan, turn the control knob
to the desired fan speed LOW ( I ),
HIGH ( II ) or SUPER ( III ).
4. Adjust the fan head to your desired
angle.
CLEANING AND
STORAGE
1. Unplug the fan from the electricity supply.
2. Only use a soft damp cloth to gently wipe
the fan clean.
3. DO NOT immerse the fan in water and
never allow water to enter the motor
housing.
4. DO NOT use petrol, paint thinner or other
chemicals to clean the fan.
5. Dismantling for cleaning the fan is not
recommended. Use a vacuum cleaner
with brush attachment to clean the grilles,
followed by a soft damp cloth.
6. Store the fan in its original box or cover
the fan to protect it from dust.
NOTE: IF YOU EXPERIENCE A
PROBLEM WITH YOUR FAN PLEASE
SEE WARRANTY FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR
THE FAN YOURSELF. DOING SO WILL
VOID THE WARRANTY AND COULD
CAUSE DAMAGE OR PERSONAL
INJURY.
