Measurements that can be performed on the SINAMICS DCM

In normal conditions a multimeter can be used as the measuring instrument, because
measured value recordings can be performed with the trace function with STARTER.
If an oscilloscope or recorder is also available, more in-depth measurement evaluations will
not pose a problem; however, special knowledge is required to handle these devices.

The warning notices at the beginning of this document and in the instructions of the devices
