Just bought a used sara 3000. Previous owner said it needed a new battery. Checked the battery and it works and charges fine. However when the battery is put in place and connected to the machine- the machine does not turn on. There is no response what so ever. No lights or sounds, completely unresponsive. Checked underneath by the switches and wiring. Nothing visibly wrong with it. All wires look new, nothing disconnected. Tried unscrewing the connector plug for the batter to the machine thinking maybe its not being pushed in fully for the battery to connect. Tried that and still nothing. I need this Machine for my grandfather and could not afford a brand new machine. Please any information helps.

If the Arjohuntleigh Sara 3000 is not turning on despite a functioning battery, one possible reason is that the red Power Off button is still engaged. The resolution is to press the green Power On/reset button.
