5.6 Setting and altering the IP settings - ScanWorks
Ensure that you have a USB connection between the
scanner and the computer
Switch on the scanner then start ScanWorks
Click the Connection setting tab from the main screen
Click the Ethernet radio button, type in the IP
parameters then click Confirm
Exit ScanWorks
Switch the scanner OFF
Unplug the USB cable
Switch the scanner ON
Restart ScanWorks
If an Ethernet scanner enters Sleep Mode when ScanWorks is not in use, restarting ScanWorks will automatically wake the
scanner.
5.7 Setting and altering the IP settings - CopySmart
Ensure that you have a USB connection between the
scanner and the computer
Switch on the scanner then start CopySmart
Click the Ethernet radio button
Press the Set IP address button
On the next screen type in the IP parameters then
click OK, then OK again
Exit CopySmart
Switch the scanner OFF
Unplug the USB cable
Switch the scanner ON
Restart CopySmart
If an Ethernet scanner enters Sleep Mode when ScanWorks is not in use, restarting
ScanWorks will automatically wake the scanner.
