The CyberMed NB/S series are designed for general pc application for health care
environment and for diagnosis. It maybe be used for Radiology, PACS (Picture
Archiving Communication Systems),LIS (Lab Information Systems) and Electronic
Medical Record purpose. It shall not be used for life-supporting system.
WARNING: Critical diagnostic decision must not be based solely on images displayed
by this device.

After opening the carton, there is the NB/S-LCD PC with an accessory box. Check
carefully to see if there are any damages or missing parts.
