int row);
Sets the cursor location to display the next character. The display location is based on the height and
width of the character to be displayed.
NOTE: Execute the TextWindowFrame function before using this function.
PARAMETERS
*window
is a pointer to a font descriptor.
col
is a character column location.
row
is a character row location.
RETURN VALUE
None.
