void glSetContrast(unsigned level);
Sets display contrast.
NOTE: This function is not used with the LCD/keypad module since the support circuits
are not available on the LCD/keypad module.
void glFillScreen(char pattern);
Fills the LCD display screen with a pattern.
PARAMETER
The screen will be set to all black if
stripes for any other pattern.
RETURN VALUE
None.
