Attach Handlebars

Stem cap and front mudguard
Remove the black plastic stem bolt protector from the bottom of
the handlebars. For the front mudguard attach the metal bracket
with the loop (You will notice a "V" section at the back of the
loop) and Insert this into handlebar stem and tighten.
Insert the handlebar stem
Insert the handlebar stem into the head tube ensuring that the minimum insertion
mark is not exceeded. The minimum insertion line is clearly marked on the handlebar
stem and this should not be visible once the handlebar stem has been inserted. You
must ensure that the handlebars are aligned correctly with the front wheel. Now
tighten the handlebar stem expander bolt using the multitool to 20 N.m. Check
thoroughly that the handlebars are secure.
