QUICK START GUIDE QUICK ASSEMBLY GUIDE The assembly of the bike should not take you too long but that will depend on your expertise. There are several stages to assembly and we recommended that they are done in this order. Removing Packaging Remove all outer packaging including cardboard, staples, tape and dispose of in a responsible manner.

QUICK START GUIDE Adjust Disc Brake To adjust the distance between the rim and brake pads Locate the barrel adjuster along the brake cable, either by the brake itself or the brake lever Turn the barrel adjuster clockwise to increase brake pad clearance. Turn the barrel adjuster counter clockwise to decrease brake pad clearance.
QUICK START GUIDE Attach Handlebars Stem cap and front mudguard Remove the black plastic stem bolt protector from the bottom of the handlebars. For the front mudguard attach the metal bracket with the loop (You will notice a “V” section at the back of the loop) and Insert this into handlebar stem and tighten.
QUICK START GUIDE Attach Pedals The pedals are attached to the bike by screwing them into the pedal arms. Each pedal is marked clearly R for right and L for Left. Use the multitool and tighten to 40 N.m. Check for the letters “L” or “R” either as stickers or on the ends of the pedals to show which side the pedal needs to be fitted to.
QUICK START GUIDE Training Wheels Remove the outer axle nut and washer from the rear wheel axle. Place the brace stabilizer clamp onto the axle and align the clamp so that the notch on the clamp fits into the rear frame drop out. Next, place the stabilizer arm onto the axle locat- ing it over the clamp and replace the washer and axle nut.

QUICK START GUIDE Turbospoke® The Turbospoke® fits to the rear chain stay on the opposite side to the chain. It is fitted exactly as per the fitting instructions included in the Turbospoke® box, however when putting the bolt through the black clamp (Right side), it should also pass through the hole on the specially designed frame bracket as shown.
