TROUBLESHOOTING
If your system is not operating properly, please refer to the following information. If the
problem persists, disconnect from power and contact your AV reseller immediately.

Correction
Check CAT5e/6 cable
•
The cable should be wired to 568B standard at both ends.
•
If one end has green and orange swapped this is a cross-
over cable and cannot be used.
Try unshielded cable

Check power connections
•

Try alternative power supply
Check HDMI cable between source and transmitter
•
Replace CAT5e/6 cable
•
•
Repeat start-up sequence
Check that source is turned on
