TROUBLESHOOTING

If your system is not operating properly, please refer to the following information. If the
problem persists, disconnect from power and contact your AV reseller immediately.
Problem
Status lights no on
No Power light
Link light not on
No audio
Image displayed
incorrectly
Lights all on but no

Correction
Check CAT5e/6 cable
•
• The cable should be wired to 568B standard at both ends.
If one end has green and orange swapped this is a cross-
over cable and cannot be used.
Try unshielded cable
•
• Check power connections
Try alternative power supply
•
Check HDMI cable between source and transmitter
•
Check the EDID switches on receiver
•
• Check the EDID switches on receiver
• Repeat start-up sequence
• Check that source is turned on
