Analysis Method
 Check whether the emergency
stop button pressed or not
 The master contactor inside the
electrical box trip
 The cooling system hasn't been
turned on normally
 Water protection trigger (the
sensor broken)
 The air switch of laser power
supply inside the electrical box trip

If parameters of the controller
are correct

Machine alarm signal is
triggered

Check if water circulation is
smooth
