Model: OSR (Activate Series)
Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver, Metric Allen Set
1. Remove and discard the four M5 SCREWS (a) attaching the CONSOLE (b) to
the CONSOLE SUPPORT BRACKET (c). Disconnect cable connection.
2. Secure the PRIMARY TV BRACKET (d) to the CONSOLE SUPPORT BRACKET (c)
using M5 SCREWS (e) and M5 WASHERS (f).
3. Attach INTERMEDIATE BRACKET (g) to back of CONSOLE (b) using four M5
SCREWS (e) and M5 WASHERS (f). Reconnect cables.

4. Secure the CONSOLE and INTERMEDIATE BRACKET to the PRIMARY TV BRACKET using two M6 X 70 MM BOLTS
(h), four M6 WASHERS (i), and two M6 LOCK NUTS (j).

5. Attach TV (k) to PRIMARY TV BRACKET (d) using four M6 SCREWS (l) and M6 WASHERS (h). Secure CAP (m) to top
of PRIMARY TV BRACKET (d).

6. Secure REMOTE CONTROL to the RECUMBENT HANDLEBAR using the clamp bracket that comes in the Remote
Control Kit.
7. Use two CABLE TIE MOUNTS (n) to secure the remote control cable, power cable, and
coaxial cable.
