Turn the upper knife release knob toward you while pushing it to the right, then guide the hole in the upper knife to the stopper pin to lock the upper knife in the down position.

    Adjustment of Cutting Width When cutting width is too narrow or too wide against seam width, adjust it as follows. Turn off the power switch and unplug the machine.
