- Page 6 STEP 1 Assemble Main Frame TO EASE THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS. DO NOT TIGHTEN BOLTS UNTIL INSTRUCTED. NOTE: Before installing plastic parts, please allow them to acclimate to room temperature or they may be damaged. CAREFULLY install all plastic components using a Rubber Mallet. 1.
