INSTRUCTION BULLETIN
NOTE: DO NOT DISCARD the Parts List from the Instruction Bulletin. Place the
Parts List in the appropriate place in the machine manual for future
reference. Retaining the Parts List will make it easier to reorder
individual parts and will save the cost of ordering an entire kit.
NOTE: Numbers in parenthesis ( ) are reference numbers for parts listed in Bill of Materials.
Installation instructions for kit numbers 9003353, 9003354, 9003355, 9003356, 9003357
SYNOPSIS:
This kit contains parts needed to replace circuit breakers on 5700/6100E/7200/515SS/8010 machines.
Please follow step-by-step instructions.
SPECIAL TOOLS / CONSIDERATIONS: NONE
(Estimated time to complete: 1 hour)
PREPARATION:
1. Park the machine on a clean level surface, turn
off the machine, remove the key, and set the
parking brake (if applicable).
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing
machine, stop on level surface, set parking
brake (if applicable), turn off machine, and
remove key.
2. Disconnect the battery cables from the
batteries.
WARNING: Always disconnect battery
cables from machine before working on
electrical components.
INSTALLATION:
NOTE: Refer to appropriate drawings (Fig.1
through Fig. 5) for the machine being serviced. All
drawings are labeled with the machine model
number.
1. Remove parts necessary to access the circuit
breakers. Do not break wire connections when
opening the electrical panel. Set all removed
parts aside.
2. Disconnect the main wire harness from the
circuit breaker being replaced.
3. Remove circuit breaker from the electrical
panel. Discard the circuit breaker and
hardware.

4. Cut the terminals from the new circuit breaker
(7) and install the new terminals (4), (5), or (6)
onto the circuit breaker.
5. Slide one name plate (6) onto the circuit
breaker (7).
6. 515 and 8010 machines only: Slide the
washer (2) onto the circuit breaker.
NOTE: Since the holes in the panels of 8010 and
515SS machines is too large for the new circuit
breaker (7) the washer (2) is needed so the circuit
breaker does not hang loose on the panel.
7. Insert the circuit breaker (7) into the electrical
panel and slide the remaining name plate (6)
onto the circuit breaker.
8. Connect the main wire harness to the circuit
breaker (7).
9. Insert the hole plugs (1) into the old mounting
holes in the electrical panel.
10. Reinstall all parts removed to access the
circuit breakers.
11. Reconnect the battery cables to the batteries.
12. Start and test machine.
