5.3 What can I do if my phone can't install a third-party
application?
Your phone supports third-party applications in APK format only. Make sure the
application you are trying to download is in this format.
If the application is not from Google's Play Store, go to the Settings screen, touch
Security, select the Unknown sources check box, and touch OK.
The third-party application may not be compatible with your phone.

5.4 What can I do if third-party applications close
unexpectedly?
You phone memory may be insufficient. To free up your phone memory:
On the Phone Manager screen, touch Phone accelerator > Storage cleaner > Smart
scan, and follow the onscreen instructions to perform a smart scan, and clear the
application cache, system trash files, applications you no longer need and their
installation packages, and large files, such as videos and compressed packages.
